2025 Holiday Mini Sessions! **retainer**

It's that time again!! We can't wait to see everyone for our 2025 Holiday Mini Sessions :D

**PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE BOOKING**

WHERE:
All holiday sessions will take place in our Franklin Square studio.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
--30 minutes of Studio Session Time
--12 Full Resolution Portraits via Digital Download
--One gorgeous Holiday Set, including our red vintage bike, rocking horse, bench and more!
--Family Portrait included and encouraged!
--This set is perfect for full holiday looks with reds, greens and golds
--Gorgeous Dresses will be rented and available in sizes 3-10 approximately

PORTRAIT DOWNLOAD WILL BE DELIVERED VIA EMAIL BY:
--Thanksgiving for October Sessions
--December 1st for November Sessions

PRICE:
$350
Retainer of $100 to reserve session | Balance of $250 due the day of the session in cash

**One immediate family only per booking**

**Babies must be at least 4 months old at the time of the session.

**A Digital Portrait Agreement must be signed upon receipt.

**Please book your session avoiding nap time/feeding time. We have a small window to capture portraits, so scheduling when your little one is happy and playful is important.

**Mini Sessions are not compatible with all children. If your little one is very shy, resistant to new situations/people, or takes a long time to warm up, a mini session may not be the right choice for them. We can not extend/reschedule/refund sessions due to non-cooperation/crying/no smiles, so please consider this before reserving a mini session.

**This is a non-refundable retainer for the 2025 Winter Holiday Mini Sessions. Balance of $250 is due in cash on the day of the session.

**Refunds will not be given due to poor choice of clothing, hair/make-up, shorter session time due to client lateness, or non-cooperation/crying/lack of smiles from the subjects.

**Sessions will not be extended/rescheduled due to lateness, so please plan to arrive on time. Session time begins at the time reserved, not upon arrival at the studio.

**A style guide and outfit suggestions will be provided.

FAMILIES WITH BABIES 4+ MONTHS:
**Babies who CAN NOT sit at the time of the session with minimal support will only be photographed with:
1. an older sibling (who must be old enough to hold them safely and reliably)
OR
2. held by family (mom or dad)

**Sibling portraits with non-sitting babies will ONLY BE DONE if sibling is old enough to hold their non-sitting baby sibling *safely*.
**Solo portraits of babies who are unable to sit alone will be captured while laying down. This means the entire set may not be visible in the final portraits as they are photographed from above.
